The App does not need access to unrelated personal files to perform an M4B-to-MP3 conversion.
4. Local Audio Conversion
Audio conversion is designed to take place on your Android device. The App may extract audio information, decode the source audio, convert it to MP3, and generate supported metadata and artwork in the output file.
Depending on the source file and conversion settings, supported metadata such as title, artist, album information, and cover artwork may be processed and preserved in the resulting MP3 file.
The App does not intentionally transmit your selected audiobook content to us as part of the normal conversion process.
5. Conversion History
The App provides a conversion history feature so you can view and manage recent conversions.
History-related information may include details such as the source or converted file name and information necessary to reopen, share, delete, or reconvert an item.
This information is intended to be stored locally on your device unless a separate Android feature or service is used by you to share or transfer information.
6. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, and ad interaction information as permitted by applicable settings and policies.
Advertising information may be used to provide, measure, and improve advertisements, including personalized or non-personalized advertising where applicable.
Advertising practices are also governed by the policies and privacy terms of the relevant third-party advertising provider.
7. Notifications
The App may use notifications to provide application-related information, including conversion or service-related updates, where supported and enabled by you.
Notification permission is controlled through Android system settings. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

When you choose to share a file, Android may provide the file to the application or service you select. Information shared through such an action is controlled by you and the receiving application or service.

Because the App processes selected audio files locally, your audiobook content is not routinely sent to our servers for conversion.
However, no software, device, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored conversion history and application data may remain on your device until you delete them, clear the relevant history, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the associated application data.
Converted MP3 files are separate files saved according to the location and actions you choose. Removing conversion history does not necessarily delete MP3 files that you previously saved.
14. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children for account creation or registration.
15. Your Choices
- You can choose which compatible audio files to open and convert.
- You can manage notification permissions through Android settings.
- You can delete locally stored conversion history using the App's available controls.
- You can manage advertising and privacy choices through available Google/Android controls where applicable.
- You can uninstall the App to remove its locally stored application data, subject to Android system behavior and separately saved files.
